I realize that you, as a parent are the most important and influential people in your child's life!  I'd like all of us to work together as a team to enable your child to be the best!

We as a 4th grade team want to give and see that every student have the opportunity to succeed. This is the year for being responsible and taking ownership as a fourth grade student.


I have been teaching in the Waynesboro School district for a number of years.  I do believe the district continues to provide a well rounded education for your son/daughter.Join with my fourth grade team and I to make this a successful year for your child.




How to help my child succeed in school

1-Stay involved and feel free to contact your child's teacher with any questions or concerns.
2-Ask your child about school and encourage them to talk about their day.
3-Read with your child EVERY night.
4-Be positive, speaking well of school, teachers, and learning.
5-Make sure that your child is getting plenty of sleep and is ready for school each day.
6-Help your child with his/her homework every night.
7-Teach your child to be responsible for their actions and their schoolwork.
8. Create a consistent after school routine.
